Measurement Precautions
Please maintain the following posture until the temperature - measurement is completed.
Please wipe the sweat under the armpit before taking the temperature (sweat will change the heat - transfer rate, thus reducing the accuracy of temperature - measurement).
Do not let the temperature - sensing head touch the underwear during measurement (contact with clothes will change the heat - transfer rate, thus reducing the accuracy of temperature - measurement).
After the temperature - measurement starts, when the rate of temperature rise slows down, the buzzer will emit a "beep - beep - beep - beep" sound to remind you that the temperature is approaching stability (about 4 seconds).
**At this time, the buzzer sounding indicates that the temperature is being measured correctly. This buzzer sound does not mean the end of the temperature - measurement.
Correct Posture for Armpit Temperature - Measurement:
Insert the detecting part into the middle of the armpit.
Push it upward and clamp the armpit tightly.
The armpit temperature - measurement time is approximately 10 minutes. When the highest temperature value is measured, the "°C" icon on the screen will stop flashing, and the buzzer will sound for 4 seconds to end the temperature - measurement.
Oral Temperature - Measurement:
Place the temperature - sensing head of the thermometer under the base of the tongue, press it closely against the base of the tongue, and keep the lips closed.
During the temperature - measurement process, do not open the mouth or move the temperature - sensing head to avoid inaccurate temperature measurement.
The oral temperature - measurement time is approximately 5 minutes. When the highest temperature value is measured, the "°C" icon on the screen will stop flashing, and the buzzer will sound for 4 seconds to end the temperature - measurement.
